Frewav Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Frewav. We strive to provide high-quality basketball socks designed for optimal performance and comfort. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.​

• Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and any items marked as final sale cannot be returned.​

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@frewav.co.nz to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return.​

2. Prepare Shipment: Once approved, securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.​

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.​

 

Refunds

• Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.​

• Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.​

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@frewav.co.nz

Late or Missing Refunds

• Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.​

• Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@frewav.com.​
